Novi Pet Expo at Suburban Collection Showplace

See a new batch of cuddly and adoptable critters, along with various animal experts, during the Novi Pet Show, Nov. 15-17, 2019.

Whether they’re furry, shaved, scaly or covered in feathers, a host of critters will be ready to greet you at the annual Novi Pet Expo at Suburban Collection Showplace Nov. 15-17, 2019. All creature lovers are invited – including dogs older than 6 months.

For three days, the expo introduces visitors to canines, house cats, exotic birds, horses, more than 50 species of reptiles and professionals with tips and advice regarding pet ownership.

You can microchip your furry friends on-site. Peruse the rescue spaces if you’re considering pet adoption and the more than 100 business booths to get the scoop on the latest innovations and purchase pet gear. You can also stop by the main stage to hear trainers and clinicians offer expert advice or the Pet Expo Superstore where Premier Pet Supply will be offering a selection of pet items and treats.

There’s also a variety of fun pet-focused performances and shows including Sara Carson and her Stunt Dogs, the “Gone to the Snow Dogs” huskies and even a Barn Hunt, which showcases the natural abilities and traditional rolls of a variety of breeds.

No matter your pet preference, there’s fun here for the entire family. Your own well-socialized dog is invited to attend with proof of current vaccination. Dogs must be at least 6 months. Leashes may be no more than 6-feet long, and retractable leashes aren’t allowed. Be sure to bring your own poop-scooping and cleanup supplies.

The event runs:

  • Friday, Nov. 15: 2-9 p.m.
  • Saturday, Nov. 16: 10 a.m.-9 p.m.
  • Sunday, Nov. 17: 10 a.m.-5 p.m.

Tickets are $10/ages 12 and older, $5/ages 6-11 and free/children ages 5 and under. There’s a $5 charge to park regular-sized vehicles and a $10 charge to park larger vehicles.
