Detroit River Days in West Riverfront Park

Detroit River Days, presented by the Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort, runs June 21-23, 2019, and celebrates the Detroit River with family fun on land and sea.

This year, Detroit River Days, presented by Soaring Eagle Casino & Resort, will pack the Detroit RiverFront full of games, rides and activities for kids of all ages – all in celebration of the Detroit RiverWalk.

This one-of-a-kind June festival has a new location in 2019 and will feature entertainment both on and off of the water in West Riverfront Park, June 21-23, 2019.

Those with their sea legs enjoy Jet Ski demonstrations by Typhoon Tommy while land lovers can check out the live music, sand sculptures, air shows, street performers and more.

You’ll even get the chance to get a birds-eye view of the festival as you soar 300 feet across the sky over the Detroit RiverWalk on the zipline in Adventure Park, which also features an inflatable obstacle course and sports games. The cost to ride the zipline is $10. Other activities in Adventure Park range $3-$6 per person.

Parents, don’t forget to stop by the Flagstar Bank Kids Corner for some kid-friendly activities including face painting, crafts and science fun. It’s open 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Friday-Sunday and is free.

The festival is open 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Friday-Sunday. Admission is free on Friday between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. It is $5 all other days and Friday evening. Additional fees apply for rides and other activities.
