Northville Heritage Festival

The Northville Heritage Festival returns to downtown Northville Sept. 13-15, 2019, with old-timey entertainment and family fun.

The Northville Heritage Festival, formerly known as the Northville Victorian Festival, celebrates the history of the town Sept. 13-15, 2019.

At 6:30 p.m. Friday, the Victorian Parade commences. See all of the Victorian-era clothing, the horse-drawn carriages and all of the great floats for yourself. The Victorian Saloon beer tent will be open 5:30-11 p.m. and the kids’ zone opens 5-10 p.m. as well.

On Saturday, the fun starts with the Northville Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast 8-11 a.m. Tickets are available in advance or at the door.

The kids’ zone returns on day two from 11 a.m.-10 p.m., with fun activities for kids of all ages, so bring your youngsters.

The fest will also be hosting many great acts throughout the weekend and plenty of fun activities including horse and carriage rides, vintage baseball, strolling stiltwalker and juggling performances and a Nerf battle.

There’s also the Duck Duck Donkey Petting Farm from noon-5 p.m. on Saturday and noon-3 p.m., which is full of cute and fuzzy little critters for people of all ages to enjoy.

Sunday, the kids’ zone will be back once again from 11 a.m.-3 p.m., so there is still plenty of time for the kids to have fun and learn about the Victorian era.

Mill Race Village will also be open from 12:30-3:30 p.m. Sunday with all kinds of family-friendly historical fun, including the Duck Race at 3 p.m.

And there’s so much more, too so come out and enjoy all of the old-fashioned fun. Admission is free, and hours are as follows – though some events run at different times throughout the day:

  • 5-11 p.m. Friday
  • 8 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday
  • 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday
