The Importance of Kindness This Year

After a rough year, we offer a reminder of the importance of bring a bit of kindness into 2021.

Goodbye bummer 2020, hello (hopefully better) 2021. What we do this month can set the tone in our families and communities for the rest of the year.

So, let’s agree to agree that getting back to a place where we’re all kind to each other is a worthy resolution.

It doesn’t have to be a big production; little gestures cause big feelings. It doesn’t even have to cost a dime (unless you want to pay it forward in the drive-thru, leaving you and the person behind you feeling the positive lift the rest of the day.)

We’ll just leave the words of the Dalai Lama right here for you to ponder:

“Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible.”
