Trick-or-Treat and Halloween Fest in Downtown Rochester

Description

Families can stroll downtown as kids collect candy from nearly 50 participating businesses. Afterward, head to the Halloween Fest for photo ops, treats, and giveaways. The first 100 trick-or-treaters will also receive a free pumpkin.

Event cost: Free admission

Event times: Trick-or-Treat 3:30-5 p.m., Halloween Fest 4:30-6:30 p.m. Oct. 18
