Description

Spring Stroll at Downtown Birmingham is a free family-friendly event with giveaways for adults and kids at participating local retailers. Registered guests get a complimentary swag bag to fill with free items from downtown businesses, plus an activity sheet and participating retailer list. Parents should register ahead of time and watch for check-in instructions to pick up event materials.

Event cost: Free; registration required

Event times: 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, April 11, 2026
