Description
Home School Maple Sugar and Lumberjacks at Nankin Mills Interpretive Center teaches kids about maple sugaring and lumberjack history. Families will hear an interactive presentation, then head outside to tap a maple tree and learn how sap becomes syrup. Dress for the weather, as the program includes an outdoor hike up to a half mile.
Event cost: $6 per student, $7 per out of county student. Siblings under 5 and chaperones are free.
