Description
Alliance Française de Detroit is hosting its Detroit French History Cruise again. Learn about the founding of Detroit 1701 by Cadillac with the Huron, Odawa, and Potawatomi people to establish a mutually beneficial, multi-cultural enterprise for the fur trade. The cruise will include French and English bilingual narration from John Cooper and renowned French-Canadian Fiddler Michael Francis will be onboard playing fiddle music.
Event cost: $30, $10/children and students tickets
Event time: 2:45 p.m.-5 p.m. (boarding begins at 2:30 p.m.) June 5, 2022
