To celebrate their 11th anniversary, Cranbrook Art Museum is offering a rare opportunity to visit all three of our vaults. It includes the Cranbrook Archives and Ceramics and Print Study Rooms. Reservation is required.

Adults can join Cranbrook Art Museum in the deSalle Auditorium for a free, public lecture from visiting artist, Daniel Bozkhov. His lecture is a proposal to grow cucumbers on Mars in the form of a whispering opera in five acts and several cucumber gardens.Â

Kids can enjoy a trunk or treat event at the Ford Piquette Avenue Plant Museum, the birthplace of the Model T.  Ghostly museum guides will give kid-friendly tours of Henry Ford’s car factory and kids can also enjoy a museum scavenger hunt.

Poolside Performance: Drain is an audience interactive audio and visual experience in celebration of the draining of Cranbrook Art Museum’s Triton Pools for the winter season. It will occur outdoors. Make sure to bring lawn chairs and blankets.

Families can come out to the Lincoln Park Historical Museum for their Annual Lincoln Park Veterans Day ceremony. Area veterans, their families and community members are all invited to attend. The ceremony concludes with the traditonal bell-ringing in honor or in memory of United States veterans.
