Families are invited to enjoy a collection of musical events on Wednesdays during the summer. For music in Children’s Park, there will be 6-foot by 6-foot squares marked for guests to sit inside with six feet of space between each square to help with safe distancing. Enter Children’s Park...
City-goers can visit Downtown Detroit Parks and public space where some of the region’s best food trucks will be serving up the tastiest delights to satisfy the most particular palates. Roster of trucks rotates daily.

This LGBTQ+ Pride Event includes a guest speaker, concert, community resources and partners, local vendors, plus food and beverage trucks. This is an all-ages events and families are invited to enjoy the speakers and music at the amphitheater stage.

Bring your own blanket and chairs to enjoy music and fun at the amphitheater in Heritage Park. The food trucks on site are Maraschinos Pizza, Cold Stone and Amaizeing Dawgs. Airbrush tattoos, balloon twisters and henna will be available on certain dates.

Families are invited to a four-team matchup to watch reenactment of 1860s "base ball." The teams — Cornshuckers Base Ball Team of Canton, Detroit Franklins, Rochester Grangers and Wahoo Base Ball Club of Royal Oak — will play in a tournament using 19th century rules and period uniforms.
