Calm and Connected: Coaching Coping Skills in Your Children

Join Metro Parent on June 5 for this free ParentEd Talk with mental health counselor and author Janine Halloran, LMHC.

The kids are not alright. Our youth are dealing with a lot and it shows: A global pandemic, the climate crisis, bullying and increasing pressures at home and at school. According to a CDC survey, 1 in 7 U.S. kids suffer from mental health issues, 42% feel persistent sadness and 22% have considered suicide.
