Pontiac Spring Carnival at the Oakland Pointe Shopping Center

Festival season is officially gearing up as the annual Pontiac Regional Chamber Carnival, now the Pontiac Spring Carnival, hits the Oakland Pointe Shopping Center May 23-26, 2019.

School’s still in session, but that doesn’t stop the annual Pontiac Regional Chamber Carnival, now known as the Pontiac Spring Carnival, from unleashing some family fun for kids and parents, May 23-26, 2019.

This annual May carnival has a history of kicking off the summer for local families with four days of fun that includes games of skill and chance, displays, delicious food and live entertainment.

In addition, you’ll find a carnival that is packed with low-intensity rides, like a gondola wheel and carousel, for pint-sized family members and higher thrills, including a zipper, for older teens.

Let the kids blow off a little steam before summer vacation at this annual shebang.

The carnival opens at 5 p.m. Thursday-Friday and 1 p.m. Saturday-Sunday at Oakland Pointe Shopping Center. General entry to the carnival is free. You can purchase individual ride tickets for $1.25 each or nab an unlimited ride wristband for $22.
