When Natasha Castelvetere, a mom of two from Livonia, was pregnant with her first child, she knew she needed a bigger car, especially since she planned to have more than one kid. After all, those car seats do take up a lot of space in any automobile. So, she did something she had never done before: Castelvetere purchased an automobile that wasn’t a Chrysler.
Castelvetere comes from a Chrysler family. In fact, her father is a Chrysler retiree, she notes, “so we always had Chrysler cars in my family.”
However, when it came time to purchase a new, larger ride for her growing family, Castelvetere made the switch to Ford — the Ford Edge SEL, to be exact — and if you ask this Livonia mom of two, she has no plans to go back.
“I definitely love the car. I don’t have any complaints about it,” she says. There have not been any maintenance issues or car repairs needed since she purchased the SUV a few years back, she adds. And that’s a big plus for any family, since no one wants to deal with car repairs and additional costs.
Today, she not only hauls her kiddos back and forth to day care in her Ford Edge, but the family drives it on weekend getaways. Here, this Livonia mom shares more about what she loves about her Ford Edge — and which Ford her family plans to purchase next.
