Fairy Tale Festival at the Edsel & Eleanor Ford House

Note: The 2016 Fairy Tale Festival has been cancelled.

Fairies, dragons, butterflies, birds and more – kids can let their imaginations run wild on June 27, 2015 by taking a trip to the Fairy Tale Festival at the Edsel & Eleanor Ford House in Grosse Pointe Shores.

Spend the day strolling through the enchanted Fairy Tale path, hearing superhero stories, watching performances, meeting characters and more.

Highlights of the fifth annual event include demonstrations in the meadow from the Flying Pilgrims radio-controlled airplane club, crafts in the Fairy House, a butterfly release at 11 a.m. and two air jumpers that let kids learn to “fly.”

The festival will run from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday.

Tickets can be purchased online in advance for $12 per person. Tickets can also be purchased at the door for $15. All children under 2 are free.
